I would never have guessed when I first moved to Italy how food would become a central pillar of my life…. I wouldn’t go so far as to call myself a bona fida ‘foodie’ yet but I certainly do my fair share of tasting and cooking, alright let’s be honest, downright INDULGING!!!

And why not?!

It would be rude to resist , especially living in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, which in my humble opinion is the jewel in the crown of Italian cuisine. There really is nothing and I mean nothing like a plate of fresh handmade tortelli to warm the soul!
